The oil is green with straw coloured reflections, it has a fruity bouquet with a hint of apricot and apple and well-balanced flavour with a touch of sweet almond.
The olives grown on the Cordevigo estate at Cavaion Veronese, on the hills around Lake Garda,
are varieties named Casaliva, Leccino and Grignano. After hand-harvesting in November, the olives are cold pressed within 24 hours of being picked, after washing at ambient temperature.
